Such a beautiful and well made blazer. I'm 5'3\\\" 135lbs and went with a medium small. I'm glad I went with the medium because it fits like a dream. The sleeve length comes down to my mid palm. I like to push the sleeves up sometimes to my elbows and I will microstitch it there for a different look that I like. Overall I really like this blazer and it is a nice addition to my closet.
